I first created this site to document and share what I discovered about social anxiety and how to overcome it. Today, I’m pleased to say that social anxiety no longer blights my life. I’m free to travel, to pursue fulfilling activities and I can even walk around shopping centres and catch public transport without feeling afraid. So I no longer feel the need to keep posting articles to this site.
